1.1 Hoister column rail, walking framework, slewing mechanism, tilted support braces, hydraulic system, and electrical system should be checked and maintained periodically. 1.2 Wire & cable connectors, oil pipe connectors and the places which are easily hit and scrubbed should be added covers to protect. 1.3 Carefully check the nuts and bolts whether are loosened when they are working everyday. 1.4 Check the steel rope’s wearing condition and whether the rope folder is fastened according to the related technological demands during the operation. The problems which do not meet the requirements should be dealt with timely. 1.6 Slewing mechanism’s big and small gears should be added the calcium-based lubricants; 1.7 hydraulic system’s oil tank, oil pump and control valve should be kept clean: The time of first oil changing is 200 hours; 1000 hours for every subsequent oil replacement; when change the oil, the oil tank should be cleaned carefully to prevent the dirt entering the oil. 1.8 Pile frame’s pulley block, bearing and the other driving parts are installed chokes which need to be added the calcium-based lubricants on schedule.
