1.1 the installation of chassis and platform
1. Tamp and level up the ground before the installation with the gradient less than 2º.
2. Put the chassis assembly consisted of support beam and front platform on the flat ground.
3. Connect the front and back platform (have been connected before leave the factory)
4. Turn on the hydraulic circuit; infuse No. YB-N46 hydraulic oil into the gasoline tank; environment temperature should be less than -10℃ if adopt the No. YC-N68 hydraulic oil.
5. Start hydraulic system. Put the two swing legs on the appropriate position; prop up four support legs of oil tank; connect the two track assembly with chassis; connect the bolts and fasten them firmly; withdraw the oil tank after the installation; let the track connect with the ground completely.
1.2 the installation of column
① connect the column standard section Ⅰ(with ruler) with the end section of column (the end section of column has been installed on the front platform before leave the factory), and fixed them firmly by high strength bolts.
② connect the column standard section Ⅱ with standard section Ⅰ, (the column standard section should be placed on the upholder), connect the two standard sections Ⅱ in sequence. 
③ Connect the joint support section equipped with hinge axis and ferrules with three meters section. 
④ Connect one standard section Ⅱ and three meters section with joint support section.
⑤ Joint the top pulley block with column section.
⑥ fasten the bolts again and adjust the column verticality.
1.3 turn on electric equipment section
1.3.1 The main power cord in this system should be three-phase five-wire cable. The other concrete operation refer to the schematic diagram of electrical system
1.3.2 Please refer to this schematic diagram of electrical system when install it first time. After the confirmation of being correct, you can have a test.
1.3.3 Please be careful during the operation.
1.4 Debug hoister
① check the hoister circuit and the brake circuit.
② operate the hoister empty and many times; observe the brake and turn off is correct or not.
③ after the installation of pile frame, you should test hoister’s rated load brake is reliable or not.
1.5 staking up
（1） Put ahead the front support leg and vertically parallel with the front platform. Fill up the crosstie on the below part of front support leg’s pedestal. 
（2） Lift the column; make the joint support section is away from the ground about 2300mm.
(3) Joint the stakingup rod with the stakingup pedestal and put it on the column according to the graphic expression position.
(4) Stake up by the back platform 8t hoister. Pass through the steel wire, draw the two ends of the stakingup rope and connect support section; and fix the stakingup rod.
（5）use the crane to connect the two diagonal braces; joint the column joint support section in the appropriate position and place it on the stakingup rod’s knighthead. Fix them by lead screw which keeps the maximum location.
（6）cross the power head’s main lifting rope on the top of pulley block, and fasten firmly with the ropes of 3t hoister, which is convenient to install the lifting rope of column erecting, power head and pulley block.
（7）fasten the safety rope on the top of pulley block.
（8）put the collocated weight on the rear of back platform. Then the back oil tank’s pedestal can touch the ground tightly.
（9）start 8t hoister, draw back the stakingup rod until the steel ropes are full of force then stop the hoister. Then check the connectors, joint steel ropes and rope folder are fastened and reliable or not.
（10）start 8t hoister, draw back the column in the height of 100-200mm then stop. Observe it is reliable or not. Continue to draw back several times and then staking up.
（11）continue to start the 8t hoister and draw back the column. When the column is tilted forward in 9º (you must keep the column tilted forward in about 9º. If the column is tilted over, an accident will happen.), connect the tilted supporting rod’s round pedestal with support pedestal rightly and press the cover bolts.
（12）start the tilting adjusted system to keep the column vertical and pull out the pin axles. 
1.6 the installation of power head, drill head and drill rod
① pass and across the main lift pulley block.
② suspend and connect the power head and the main lift rope.
③ suspend the drill head, drill rod; pay attention to the drill rod’s verticality.
④ suspend the middle protective tube; install the bottom protective tube.
